要千方百计扩大出口,最重要的是出口要有市场,无市场一切无从谈起。李长春书记在谈到开拓市场有一十分精辟的观点:“没有技术可以买技术,没有人才可以招人才,唯独市场是不能用钱买的。”可见市场无价。那么,广东在出口757亿美元基数上如要再增长出口,市场在哪里呢?谈及这个话题,不由人又想起了那个老掉牙的故事:某公司先后派两个业务员去非洲某地了解鞋子市场行情,一个回来说:那里没有市场,当地人不穿鞋子。另一个回来说:那里市场很大,如果能改变他们不穿鞋子的习惯的话。那么这个市场到底是有呢还是无呢?不同的的观念就会有不同的结果。如果这两个业务员是在不同的两个鞋厂,我们可以想象他们最后的发展方向。
