针对复合式沥青路面的结构特征和受力状况,文章建立了复合式沥青路面结构的三维有限元分析模型,对沥青层内的应力状况进行分析,并利用多元非线性回归技术对分析结果进行整理,得出了复合式沥青路面应力计算公式。在此基础上,提出基于路面损伤等效的轴载换算公式。基于此,提出以沥青层顶面剪切应力和沥青层底面拉应力为控制指标的复合式沥青路面的设计方法,提出复合式沥青路面的设计步骤,供工程研究人员参考。
Aiming at the structural characteristics and stress conditions of composite asphalt pavement, a three-dimensional finite element model of composite asphalt pavement structure was established. The stress state in asphalt layer was analyzed and the results were analyzed by multivariate nonlinear regression , Obtained the composite asphalt pavement stress calculation formula. On this basis, the paper puts forward the equivalent axle load conversion formula based on road damage. Based on this, the design method of compound asphalt pavement which is controlled by the shear stress on the top of asphalt layer and the tensile stress on the bottom of asphalt layer is proposed, and the design steps of composite asphalt pavement are proposed for engineering researchers’ reference.
