目的深入探讨提升子宫切除患者心理状况和性生活质量的有效护理措施。方法选取我院收治的50例子宫切除患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组的方法将50例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组25例;对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理干预。结果经过护理两组还正在心理状态评分以及性生活质量评分上比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫切除患者实施综合护理干预能够有效改善患者的心理状况和性生活质量,方法值得借鉴。
Objective To explore in depth the effective nursing measures to improve the psychological status and sex life quality of patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods Fifty cases of hysterectomy admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects. Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention . Results After treatment, the two groups were still in the state of mind scores and sexual life quality score comparison, the observation group were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for hysterectomy patients can effectively improve the patient’s psychological status and quality of life, the method is worth learning from.
