为测定了香油—β—环糊精胶囊和丁香粉胶囊的体外溶出度,采用不同pH溶出介质(2.23~7.73)模拟胃肠道各段的pH条件,按中国药典转篮法,测定两种制剂在390min内的累积溶出量,并用HPLC法测定溶出液中丁香酚的含量。结果提示两种制剂的最大累积溶出量分别为82%和52%,T_(50)分别为42.13min和147.05min。说明丁香油—β—环糊精胶囊的体外溶出度明显好于丁香粉胶囊,更适合口服给药。
In order to determine the in vitro dissolution of sesame oil-β-cyclodextrin capsules and clove powder capsules, different pH dissolution media (2.23 ~ 7.73) were used to simulate the pH conditions of gastrointestinal tract. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia doping basket method, The cumulative dissolution rate of the preparation within 390 min and the content of eugenol in the eluate were determined by HPLC. The results suggest that the maximum cumulative dissolution of the two formulations was 82% and 52%, respectively, with T 50 values of 42.13 and 147.05 min, respectively. Explants clove oil-β-cyclodextrin capsule in vitro dissolution was significantly better than clove capsules, more suitable for oral administration.
