噪声暴露对血压影响,至今报道结果并不一致。本文目的进一步探索噪声暴露与高血压的关系,并观察噪声暴露对限食大鼠血压的影响。本实验持续观察两年。结果提示噪声暴露对非限食及限食大鼠均可出现血压较原有水平增高的现象。但限食大鼠血压增高的程度低于非限食大鼠10~12mmHg。且对照组限食大鼠血压随月龄增加,至中年期时血压轻度下降,后即在此水平至老年期未再下降。说明限食有控制血压升高的可能性。
The impact of noise exposure on blood pressure, the reported results so far are not consistent. The purpose of this paper is to further explore the relationship between noise exposure and hypertension, and observe the effects of noise exposure on blood pressure in rats. The experiment continued to observe two years. The results suggest that noise exposure to non-limiting food and diet limited rats may appear higher blood pressure than the original phenomenon. However, the level of blood pressure increase in restricted rats was lower than that in non-limiting rats by 10-12 mmHg. The blood pressure of rats in the control group increased with the age of the rats, and the blood pressure decreased slightly in the middle-aged rats.
