城市人口的增多带动了我国商业建筑的发展,商业建筑在设计和规划时要考虑许多因素,除了建筑本身的一些特点之外,还需要考虑建筑的功能性、空间特性以及商业所在地的交通状况。本文以海南省陵水清水湾旅游度假区海南雅居乐A09-2A、A09-3商业中心区工程为例,分别从总平面设计、绿地景观设计、立面设计、消防设计等几方面分析商业建筑的设计要点。
The increase of urban population has led to the development of commercial buildings in our country. Commercial buildings are designed and planned with many factors in mind. Apart from some of the features of buildings, commercial buildings need to consider the functional and spatial characteristics of buildings and the traffic conditions at commercial locations. This article takes Hainan Agile Sea A09-2A, A09-3 commercial center project of Qingshuiwan Holiday Resort in Hainan Province as an example to analyze commercial buildings from the aspects of overall plan design, landscape design of green land, facade design and fire protection design Design Points.
