为提高人际情报网络构建、管理和维护的科学性和有效性,本文首先对知识自组织理论以及人际情报网络的本质进行了深入的分析;而后在此基础上,对人际情报网络自组织特性进行论证,并指出其也是一个自组织系统;紧接着本文对人际情报网络的自组织机理进行了探讨;最后依据人际情报网络的自组织机理提出人际情报网络构建、管理和维护的相关建议,以期充分发挥人际情报网络在情报搜集、分析和提供服务等方面的作用,增强组织的竞争力。
In order to improve the scientificness and effectiveness of the construction, management and maintenance of human intelligence networks, this paper first analyzes the theory of knowledge self-organization and the nature of human intelligence networks.
