妊娠期类固醇激素治疗后产生婴儿肾上腺皮质功能不全者罕见。本文报道一例孕妇应用地塞米松而致糖尿病,尿雌三醇水平明显下降;婴儿在出生时呈亚临床型的肾上腺皮质功能不全。妊娠10周之孕妇,19岁,因良性颅内压升高-假性脑瘤病用地塞米松治疗,剂量为:开始6周内从每4～6小时4mg渐降至每12小时0.5mg,之后4个月内维持量为每12小时0.5mg。地塞米松治疗3月后
