根据传统钢铁厂循环水是非线性、大滞后且有惯性控制系统,以通化钢铁厂连铸泵站浊环系统的工艺及控制要求建立数学模型,并将浊环系统分为管理级、监督控制级和现场控制级3个监控级,在模糊PID控制基础上提出了一种将比例自调整PID控制算法,并在Matlab/Simulink平台上进行仿真。仿真结果表明,方法明显改善了系统的瞬态响应和随从特性,无超调,动态性能较好,控制效果最优。
