采用简单的化学共沉淀法制备Fe掺杂ZnO粉末。通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线谱(EDS)仪、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的结构、微观形貌、磁性能和电磁参数进行表征。结果表明,Fe离子掺杂进入ZnO晶格,粉末中ZnO和ZnFe2O4物相共存,且Fe离子的价态为+3;Fe掺杂ZnO呈片状和花状形貌,具有明显的铁磁性。Fe掺杂ZnO/石蜡复合物在2~18GHz频率范围的微波吸收机制以介电损耗为主;当吸波涂层厚度为2.0mm时,最大吸收峰值达-33.7dB,低于-10dB的吸收频宽为5.0GHz。
Fe-doped ZnO powders were prepared by simple chemical coprecipitation method. The structures of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and vector network analyzer VNA) to characterize the structure, microstructure, magnetic properties and electromagnetic parameters of the composites. The results show that the Fe ions doping into the ZnO lattice, ZnO and ZnFe2O4 phase coexist in the powder, and the valence of Fe ions is +3; Fe doped ZnO flake and flower-like morphology, with significant ferromagnetism. Fe-doped ZnO / paraffin complex in the frequency range of 2 ~ 18GHz microwave absorption mechanism dominated by dielectric loss; when the absorbing coating thickness of 2.0mm, the maximum absorption peak of -33.7dB, less than -10dB absorption The bandwidth is 5.0GHz.
