为解决航空发动机单机物料、工艺、检验信息随时间变化而引起的装配技术状态管理上的难题,在深入分析了发动机装配技术状态复杂性的基础上提出了一个沿时间轴的航空发动机装配技术状态数据模型。结合该模型,定义了三个基本操作,由基本操作复合运算表达航空发动机单机装配技术状态的改变。通过对每次装配完成时技术状态的记录得到沿时间轴技术状态快照序列。最后,通过实例验证了该模型和方法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of state management of assembly technology caused by the change of single engine material, process and inspection information over time, a state-of-the-art assembly technique of aeroengine along the time axis is put forward based on the analysis of the state complexity of engine assembly technology. Data model Combined with the model, three basic operations are defined, and the change of the status of single-engine assembly technology of aeroengine is expressed by the basic operation compound operation. A snapshot of the state of the technology along the time axis is obtained by recording the status of the technology at the completion of each assembly. Finally, the feasibility of this model and method is verified by examples.
