一、综合初步核算,全年西藏生产总值(GDP)实现211.54亿元,按可比价格计算,比上年增长12.2%。其中:第一产业增加值43.33亿元,增长4.9%;第二产业增加值57.61亿元,增长17.4%;第三产业增加值110.60亿元,增长12.8%。人均GDP达7779元。在西藏生产总值中,第一、第二产业增加值比重分别为20.5%、27.2%、52.3%,第一产业所占比重下降了1.5个百分点,第二、三产业分别提高了1.2个和0.3个百分点。全区居民消费价格总水平昆上年上涨2.7%。其中:城市上涨2.0%,农村上涨3.4%;服务项目价格上涨0.7%;消费品价格上涨3.0%。在各类消费品中,食品类和居住类价格上涨幅度较大,分别上涨了53%和6.2%,其他各类价格上涨或基本持平。商品零售价格上涨0.7%。农业生产资料价格上涨1.3%。年末全区就业人员137.36万人,比上年末增加4.55万人,其中城镇就业人员31.67万人,增长2.0%;畜牧业产值29.12亿元,增长4.2%。
I. Comprehensive preliminary accounting shows that for the entire year, Tibet’s GDP reached 21.154 billion yuan, calculated at a comparable price, an increase of 12.2% over the previous year. Of which, the added value of the primary industry was 4.333 billion yuan, up 4.9%; the added value of the secondary industry was 5.761 billion yuan, up 17.4%; the added value of the tertiary industry was 11.060 billion yuan, up 12.8%. Per capita GDP reached 7779 yuan. Among Tibet’s GDP, the proportion of the added value of the primary and secondary industries was 20.5%, 27.2% and 52.3% respectively, the proportion of primary industry dropped by 1.5 percentage points, the secondary and tertiary industries increased by 1.2 and 0.3 percentage points. The region’s total consumer price index Kun up 2.7%. Among them: the city rose 2.0%, rural areas rose 3.4%; service items prices rose 0.7%; consumer prices rose 3.0%. Of the various types of consumer goods, the prices of foodstuffs and dwellings increased by a large margin, up by 53% and 6.2% respectively, while the prices of other kinds of goods rose or remained basically unchanged. Retail prices rose 0.7%. The price of agricultural means of production rose by 1.3%. By the end of the year, there were 1.3736 million employed people in the entire district, an increase of 45,500 from the previous year, of which 316,700 were employed in urban areas, an increase of 2.0%; that of livestock husbandry was 2.91 billion yuan, an increase of 4.2%.
