绩效考核作为一种较为科学、先进的管理手段,在国内首次全面应用于各级疾控机构,是卫生防疫或疾病预防控制工作管理史上的一个里程碑。但在实际考核中发现所定指标目标值与省级疾控工作现状有一定的距离。该文重点分析了湖南省疾控中心科教考核指标不达标的原因,探讨争取达标的可能性,提出了加强科教能力建设等系列建议。
As a more scientific and advanced management measure, performance appraisal is the first time in China that it is fully applied to disease control institutions at all levels and is a milestone in the history of health and epidemic prevention or disease prevention and control. However, in the actual assessment found that the target value of the target set with the provincial CDC has a certain distance from the status quo. This paper analyzes the reasons for the non-compliance of scientific and technological assessment indicators of CDC in Hunan province, discusses the possibility of reaching the standard, and proposes a series of suggestions to strengthen the construction of science and education ability.
