2015年10月1日起,国家食品药品监督管理总局制定的《食品生产许可管理办法》随新修订的《食品安全法》同步实施。新版《食品生产许可管理办法》对于现场核查的内容作了部分调整,但仍提出“需要对申请材料的实质内容进行核实的,应当进行现场核查。”本文基于笔者的工作实践经验,探讨糕点生产的主要风险点及其生产许可现场核查的要点。
