通过对中国小卫星所采用的氦质谱正压累积检漏方法的分析,建立了正压累积检漏计算模型及不确定度评定模型。在试验数据计算分析及不确定度分析中引入最小二乘法,提出了应用最小二乘法对一元一次方程的斜率进行A类及B类不确定度评定的方法。通过实例展示了用不确定度评定的过程,验证了计算模型及不确定度分析模型的正确性及有效性。
Based on the analysis of positive cumulative pressure helium mass spectrometry used in China’s small satellites, a positive pressure cumulative leak detection model and an uncertainty assessment model were established. Least squares method was introduced in the calculation and analysis of the test data and the uncertainty analysis. A method of class A and class B uncertainty assessment using the least square method was proposed. An example is given to illustrate the process of evaluating the uncertainty, which verifies the correctness and validity of the calculation model and the uncertainty analysis model.
