采用C形环试样模拟管道在压力载荷作用下的变形,通过中性环境盐雾试验,比较了20#钢无缝管道无应力试样和预应力试样的六种常用防腐涂层防腐性能,结果表明:管道试样施加预应力后,对聚乙烯收缩带、环氧粉末与聚乙烯复合涂层、正黄色氯磺化聚乙烯、双层熔结环氧粉末涂层和红丹银粉涂层防腐性能影响不大,单层熔结环氧粉末涂层无应力试样防腐性能比预应力试样好,并分析了预应力影响管道涂层防腐性能的机理。
The C-ring specimen was used to simulate the deformation of the pipe under the pressure load. The corrosion resistance of the six commonly used anti-corrosion coatings of 20 # steel seamless pipe stress-free specimen and prestressed specimen was compared by neutral salt spray test The results show that after the pre-stressing of the pipe sample, the shrinkage zone of polyethylene, epoxy powder and polyethylene composite coating, positive yellow chlorosulfonated polyethylene, double-layer fused epoxy powder coating and reddish silver powder coating The corrosion resistance of the single-layer fused epoxy powder coating is better than that of the pre-stressed sample, and the mechanism of pre-stress on the corrosion resistance of the pipeline coating is also analyzed.
