本试验分析了1986年全国分纬度设点和1994~1995年分期播种试验品种脂肪酸组成的变化,结果认为,油酸与亚油酸含量的变化与气温密切相关。通过育种途径,选育遗传性稳定、脂肪酸组成不同的品种,以适应食用和工业用油的不同需要,同时根据我国不同地区的生态条件,调整播期,也可以提高向日葵子实的油酸含量。西南、中南及华东地区,应该是高油酸向日葵的主要产区
In this study, we analyzed the changes of fatty acid composition of the 1986 national stand at latitude and the sown date from 1994 to 1995. The results showed that the changes of oleic acid and linoleic acid content were closely related to the temperature. Through the breeding way, we can select the varieties with stable genetic stability and different fatty acid composition to meet the different needs of food and industrial oil, and adjust the sowing date according to the ecological conditions in different regions of our country, and also increase the oleic acid content . Southwest, Central South and East China, should be the main producing areas of high oleic sunflower
