港口经济圈建设是宁波市贯彻落实国家“一带一路”、长江经济带战略的引领性抓手,是推动宁波新一轮经济发展的关键性载体。象山海洋资源优势突出、产业基础扎实、对外人文交流活跃,作为浙江省海洋开发与保护试验区,象山完全有基础、有条件成为宁波港口经济圈建设的重要功能区。
The construction of the port economic circle is the leading starting point for Ningbo City in implementing the “Belt and Road” and the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is also the key carrier for Ningbo’s new round of economic development. As an outstanding experimental area for marine development and protection in Zhejiang Province, Xiangshan has its own foundation and possesses the necessary conditions to become an important functional area for the construction of Ningbo Port Economic Circle under the condition that its marine resources have outstanding advantages, its industrial foundation is solid, and the humanities and cultural exchanges with other countries are active.
