本文研究并提出了硅钼蓝杂多酸在pH为9.6的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中于-0.44V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的导数极谱波,线性范围在0.005μg/ml~1.0μg/ml,检出限为0.005μg/ml。变异系数为1.45%,回收率为94.1%~104%。本法具有简单、快速、灵敏、较好选择性等特点,可直接用于钢铁中硅的测定或水样的测定。
In this paper, we present a sensitive derivative polarographic wave of silicon molybdate blue heteropoly acid at pH = 9.6 in NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution at -0.44V (vs.SCE) with a linear range of 0.005μg / Ml ~ 1.0μg / ml, the detection limit of 0.005μg / ml. The coefficient of variation was 1.45%, the recovery was 94.1% ~ 104%. This method is simple, fast, sensitive, better selectivity and other characteristics, can be used directly in the determination of silicon in steel or water samples.
