目的对我市首起甲型HINl流感输入性传染源引发本地二代病例疫情进行分析,探讨其发病规律和流行特征。方法按照统一调查表,对病例逐个进行详细个案调查和现场调查,以指示病例为起点进行追踪,描述传播过程,分析相关因素与发病的关系,探讨感染与发病的高危影响因素。结果报告指示病例后,其密切接触者中有4人出现发热和上呼吸道症状且咽拭子甲型HINI流感病毒核酸检测阳性,确诊为我市首起本地感染甲型H1Nl流感病例。4名密切接触者未采取任何防护措施与指示病例多次近距离接触,且现场通风不良;发病潜伏期、临床表现轻重不一。经采取严格的隔离控制措施后,无新发病例。结论此次事件为由输入性传染源引起的本地感染疫情,无防护近距离空气及飞沫传播为主要传播方式,空气流通不良的密闭空间是引起传播的高危场所。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of the local second-generation case caused by the first imported source of influenza A (HIN1) in our city, and to discuss its pathogenesis and epidemiological characteristics. Methods According to the unified questionnaire, case-by-case investigation and field investigation were carried out one by one. The cases were taken as the starting point for follow-up. The process of transmission was described. The relationship between the factors and the incidence was analyzed to explore the influencing factors of high risk of infection and morbidity. Four of its close contacts reported fever and upper respiratory symptoms after reporting the indicated cases and the throat swabs positive for influenza A (HINI) virus nucleic acid was diagnosed as the first local case of influenza A (H1N1) infection in our city. Four close contacts did not take any protective measures and instructed cases many close contact, and the scene of poor ventilation; incidence of incubation period, clinical manifestations vary in severity. After taking strict isolation control measures, no new cases. Conclusion The incident was caused by the imported source of infectious local epidemic, unprotected short-range air and droplets spread as the main mode of transmission, the air circulation is airtight confined space is caused by the spread of high-risk places.
