采用真空电弧离子镀和电子束物理气相沉积技术在高温合金DZ125上沉积NiCrAlYSi金属粘结层和YSZ陶瓷面层。研究了抛光、振动光饰、砂纸打磨及吹砂4种不同的表面处理方法对金属粘结层表面微观结构和界面状态的影响。结果表明,4种表面处理方法都改善了金属粘结层表面结构,降低了表面粗糙度。进一步探讨了表面处理对涂层结合强度的作用。结果表明,经过表面处理后的样品结合强度都得到了提高。并分析了不同表面处理方法对涂层寿命的影响,最终明确了热障涂层失效机理。
NiCrAlYSi metal bonding layer and YSZ ceramic surface layer were deposited on superalloy DZ125 by vacuum arc ion plating and electron beam physical vapor deposition. The effects of four different surface treatment methods, including polishing, vibration polishing, sandpaper grinding and sand blowing, on the microstructure and interfacial state of the metal adhesive layer were studied. The results show that the four kinds of surface treatment methods improve the surface structure of the metal adhesive layer and reduce the surface roughness. The effect of surface treatment on the bonding strength of the coating was further explored. The results show that after the surface treatment of the sample binding strength has been increased. The effects of different surface treatment methods on the life of the coating were analyzed. Finally, the failure mechanism of the thermal barrier coating was clarified.
