实验选用健康的Wistar大鼠,应用光、电镜酶细胞化学方法结合图像分析观察了老龄大鼠海马CA3区神经元的酸性磷酸酶的衰老变化,同时对比观察了人参皂甙对上述改变的影响.光镜结果表明:酸性磷酸酶含量老龄组比青年组增加36%,而给药组较老龄组减少20%;电镜结果表明:酸性磷酸酶反应产物面积老龄组比青年组增加5倍,给药组较老龄组减少2.5倍(P<0.01).光、电镜结果均提示老龄时海马CA3区神经元酸性磷酸酶活性增高,而人参皂甙具有降低酸性磷酸酶活性的作用.
Healthy Wistar rats were used to observe the aging changes of the acid phosphatase in the hippocampus CA3 region of the aged rats using light and electron microscopy enzymatic cytochemistry and image analysis. The effects of ginsenosides on the above changes were also observed. The results of the microscope showed that the age group of acid phosphatase was 36% higher in the old group than in the young group, while the administration group was 20% lower than the old group. The results of electron microscopy showed that the age group of the acid phosphatase reaction product was 5 times longer than that of the young group, and the administration group Compared with the older group, it was decreased by 2.5 times (P<0.01). The results of light and electron microscopy suggested that the activity of acid phosphatase in the hippocampal CA3 region was increased during old age, and ginsenosides had the function of reducing acid phosphatase activity.
