机体中的性腺和用脑下垂体前叶制备的促性腺激素功能之间的关系现后被证明了。但是脑下垂体的促性腺激素的化学本质,其合成途径和在体内的代谢以及从尿中排泄出来的性激素的代谢的最终产物的化学性质,至今尚研究得很少。本文就其中某些问题作了研究,指出不同年龄时性激素的分泌对性腺的作用情况,并用苯甲酸及高岭土吸附法对女孩及更年期妇女的尿中性激素进行了试验。作了两者得量的比较,生物检定,化学分析和物理化学分析。
