目的测定某地区老年人血中8—羟基鸟嘌呤(8-OH-dG)水平,了解其在老年人群中的分布。方法用Human-8-OH-dG酶联免疫试剂盒检测血中8-OH-dG水平。结果正常人群中老年人血8-OH-dG水平为(11.43±7.53)ng/mg,男性为(11.39±7.21)ng/mg,女性为11.48±8.00ng/mg,不同性别间没有显著性差异。按60~69岁、70~79岁和对照组(50岁以下)3个年龄组分层,男性、女性和全体人群中各年龄组间血8-OH-dG水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),但随着年龄增长血8-OH-dG水平有增高的趁势。结论该地区老年人血中8—羟基鸟嘌呤(8-OH-dG)水平男女性中位数分别为7.99ng/mg和7.38ng/mg;95%可信限其参考范围男性为0~28.68ng/mg,女性为0~27.83ng/mg。
Objective To determine the level of 8-hydroxyguanine (8-OH-dG) in elderly people in a certain area to find out its distribution in the elderly population. Methods The level of 8-OH-dG in blood was detected by Human-8-OH-dG enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of 8-OH-dG in blood was 11.43 ± 7.53 ng / mg in middle-aged and elderly people, 11.39 ± 7.21 ng / mg in male and 11.48 ± 8.00 ng / mg in female respectively. There was no significant difference among different sexes . There were no significant differences in blood 8-OH-dG levels among all age groups in men, women and the whole population at three age groups of 60-69 years old, 70-79 years old and control group (below 50 years old) (P> 0.05), but with the increase of blood 8-OH-dG levels have the advantage. Conclusion The median of 8-hydroxyguanine (8-OH-dG) levels in the elderly population in the region are 7.99 ng / mg and 7.38 ng / mg, respectively; the 95% confidence limits for men and women in the reference range are 0-28.68 ng / mg for females and 0 ~ 27.83 ng / mg for females.
