对9例正常妊娠者和9例重度妊高征者的胎盘组织,用还原型辅酶Ⅱ-黄递酶(NADPH-d)组织化学法研究一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的组织分布,比色法测定NOS活性。结果发现,NOS主要分布于合体滋养细胞中。正常组大多数合体滋养细胞中的蓝色颗粒聚集成团块,主要位于细胞的基底部;妊高征组大多数合体滋养细胞中的蓝色颗粒呈弥散状于细胞核周围,无基底部聚集趋势,着色强度明显较正常组弱,两组血管内皮细胞中NOS的分布无差异。妊高征组胎盘组织中NOS活性显著降低。
Tissue distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) was studied by histochemical staining of reduced coenzyme-diaphorase (NADPH-d) in 9 normal pregnant women and 9 patients with severe PIH.
