目的探讨牛磺酸对大鼠矽肺纤维化的影响及作用。方法实验大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和牛磺酸治疗组,每组8只。检测各组大鼠血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化,进行肺湿干重、肺系数测定及肺组织病理学检查。结果牛磺酸可显著降低染矽尘大鼠肺内MDA含量,抑制组织脂质过氧化的发生,提高SOD活力。牛磺酸治疗组大鼠肺湿干重、肺系数及病理学指标皆得到显著改善。结论牛磺酸对二氧化硅引起的大鼠矽肺纤维化有一定的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of taurine on silicotic fibrosis in rats. Methods Experimental rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and taurine treatment group, with 8 rats in each group. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma of rats in each group were measured. The wet and dry weight of lung, the lung coefficient and lung histopathology were examined. Results Taurine significantly reduced the content of MDA in the lungs, inhibited the lipid peroxidation and increased the activity of SOD. The taurine treatment group rats lung wet dry weight, lung coefficient and pathological indicators were significantly improved. Conclusion Taurine has some preventive and therapeutic effects on Silicosis-induced silicotic fibrosis in rats.
