为了确定振动轴的振动特性,避免筛煤机中振动轴被共振破坏造成对设备的危害,采用ANSYS软件对振动轴建模并进行模态计算。有限元分析中将轴承简单处理为刚性约束的方式,分析得出轴的前10阶固有频率和振型,为振动轴的工作频率选择避开共振提供了参考,同时为振动轴和筛煤机的正常运转提供设计依据。
In order to determine the vibration characteristics of the vibration axis and avoid the damage to the equipment caused by the resonance vibration of the vibration shaft in the screen pulverizer, the vibration axis was modeled and modeled by ANSYS software.
