目的考察阳春砂仁不同部位挥发油化学成分的差异。方法采用气-质联用(GC-MC)法。色谱柱DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);载气为氦气;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:程序升温60℃→250℃;进样量1.0μL。分流模式进样。结果采用GC-MS对砂仁果实和叶中挥发油的成分进行分析比较,发现砂仁果实挥发油中检出的桉叶素、异龙脑、α-松油醇等成分在叶的挥发油中未检出;而叶的挥发油中冬青油烯、桃金娘醇、α-蛇麻烯、牛儿烯等成分在砂仁果实挥发油中未检出;两部位中含有的相同有效成分的含量存在一定差别。结论砂仁果实和叶两个不同部位中提取挥发油的成分和含量有一定的差异,但均含有部分相同的有效化学成分。
Objective To investigate the differences of chemical constituents of volatile oil in different parts of Amomum villosum. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MC) method. Column DB-5MS (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm); carrier gas was helium; flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: programmed temperature 60 ℃ → 250 ℃; Split mode injection. Results GC-MS analysis of the volatile oil components in the fruit and leaves of Amomum villosum showed that eucalyptol, isoborneol, α-terpineol and other components detected in the volatile oil of Amomum villosum were not detected in the volatile oil of leaves The content of the same active ingredients in the two parts of the volatile oil was not detected in the volatile oil of Amomum villosum, . Conclusion The constituents and contents of volatile oil extracted from two different parts of Amomum villosum and Amomum villosum are different, but both contain the same effective chemical components.
