针对冰雪天气大型枢纽机场的大面积航班延误及多除冰坪的实际情况,利用多服务台排队系统理论,建立多除冰坪飞机排队模型,并结合博弈思想建立对应于各等待除冰队列的调度模型.利用首都机场动态航班数据进行仿真计算.仿真结果表明,对除冰位进行分类和合理分配,可以降低所有除冰飞机在除冰系统中的总逗留时间,从而缓解高峰时段除冰坪拥堵情况,给出了除冰坪投入量与飞机逗留时间的关系,保证了除冰资源分配的公平性,为机场地面除冰运行及除冰坪建设提供了一种新的思路.
In view of the delay of large-scale flight in large-scale ice-snow weather hub airports and the actual situation of multi-addition ice-ping, the multi-service queuing system theory is used to establish the multi-addition ice-landing aircraft queuing model. Combining with the game theory, The model is used to simulate the dynamic flight data of Beijing Capital International Airport.The simulation results show that the classification and rational distribution of deicing stations can reduce the total residence time of all de-icing aircraft in the de-icing system, The relationship between the deicing icing input and the aircraft stay time is given, which ensures the fairness of the deicing resource allocation and provides a new idea for the deicing operation and deicing of the airport floor.
