目的了解风险沟通在线培训工具的实用性,探讨卫生行政人员进行网上学习与在线培训存在的问题及解决办法。方法对2012年度国家省级风险沟通培训班学员采取问卷调查与定性访谈相结合的调查方法。结果调查2012年度参加国家风险沟通培训班学员88人,其中男性70人,女性18人;学员认为风险沟通在线培训工具较为实用,体现在工具包设计合理、结构清晰,便于全面理解(95.5%);培训课程中提供的工具与案例在实际工作中可以参照(54.5%)。77.3%调查对象不喜欢网络在线工具包学习方式,原因是没有培训班印象深刻(75.0%)和缺乏案例教学引导(72.7%);97.7%调查对象认为组织培训将有利于工具包的理论得到更好的理解,愿意选取的形式多为现场指导(65.9%);63.6%调查对象认为应纳入继续教育学分制,要求各级应急与健康教育人员必须网上学习是将基层广泛推广该工具包的有效方法。结论国内开展风险沟通在线培训的学习模式仍处于起步阶段,存在一些障碍,在开发推广的过程中需注重互动性与易操作性、在线学习与线下培训指导现结合,要与相关的激励机制相结合,才能推动网络工具包的应用。
Objective To understand the utility of risk communication online training tools and explore the existing problems and solutions of health administrators in online learning and online training. Methods A survey method combining the questionnaire survey and qualitative interview on the 2012 national provincial risk communication training class students was put forward. Results A total of 88 participants participated in the national risk communication training course in 2012, of which 70 were males and 18 were females. The trainees considered the online training tools for risk communication more practical because they are well designed, structured and easy to understand (95.5%) ; The tools and cases provided in the training course can be referred to in practical work (54.5%). 77.3% of the respondents did not like online toolkit learning methods, because there was no impression of the training course (75.0%) and no case teaching guidance (72.7%); 97.7% of the respondents thought that organizational training would benefit the toolkit theory more Good understanding, willing to choose the form of mostly on-site guidance (65.9%); 63.6% of respondents think it should be included in the continuing education credit system, requiring emergency and health education personnel at all levels must be online learning is the grassroots promotion of the toolkit effective method. Conclusion The online learning mode of conducting risk communication in China is still in its infancy. There are some obstacles in the process of development and promotion. Interaction and maneuverability should be emphasized during the course of development and promotion. Combination of online learning and offline training guidance should be combined with related incentive mechanisms In order to promote the application of network toolkit.
