高层建筑物或对承载力有特殊要求的建筑物的基底压力一般都比天然地基承载力要大,且其对变形要求比较严格,CFG桩复合地基的处理效果恰好可以满足以上两点。由于其噪声低、环境污染小等优点,CFG桩复合地基处理技术在北京得到广泛的应用。以北京地区的几个地基处理项目为工程实例,总结7点设计与施工经验,为类似工程CFG桩设计及施工提供借鉴。
The base pressure of high-rise buildings or buildings with special requirements for bearing capacity is generally greater than that of natural foundations, and their deformation requirements are more stringent. The treatment effect of CFG pile composite foundation can exactly meet the above two points. Because of its low noise and environmental pollution, CFG pile composite foundation treatment technology has been widely used in Beijing. Take several ground-based treatment projects in Beijing as examples, summarize the 7-point design and construction experience, and provide reference for the design and construction of CFG piles for similar projects.
