以“余干”辣椒幼苗为试材,设置3种光强(50、100、150μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))和2种光质(红光和蓝光)的双因素试验,研究了LED不同光强和光质对其生长和形态的影响,为“余干”辣椒工厂化育苗提供一定的基础数据。结果表明:光质和光强对“余干”辣椒幼苗的生长影响显著,且光强与光质存在交互作用;继续分析单因素光强和光质对“余干”辣椒幼苗生长的影响表明,中强光100μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)下幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数、分枝数和茎间距均显著提高;不同光质处理中,红光显著提高了幼苗的株高、分枝点高、茎间距、叶长、叶宽以及地上鲜重,蓝光显著提高了分枝数,红∶蓝=8∶1复合光下幼苗生物量介于红光与蓝光之间。
