用等离子喷焊法在不锈钢阳极基材表面制取WC-M涂层,涂层成分为Ni-Cr合金与WC复合粉末,进行此涂层与多种对照材料的1000℃高温铝电解质浸泡试验和高温氧化试验,结果表明,WC-M涂层具有仅次于铂的抗高温腐蚀和抗氧化性能。并用此涂层复材阳极在常规铝电解质中和970℃的温度下进行30h的连续铝电解试验。结果表明,WC-M/316L复材惰性阳极表现出良好的导电性、抗高温氧化性、抗高温腐蚀性、抗热冲击性和可机加工性,实测加推算所得年腐蚀速率为45mm/a,生产出的铝杂质含量达到Al99.00标准(GB/T1196-2002)。
