目的通过青海省小学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,HepB)接种和健康教育项目,提高全省儿童HepB覆盖率,为制定HepB免疫策略提供依据。方法对儿童进行免疫前、后血清抗体检测,了解HepB免疫学效果。结果 333337名儿童接种了10μg(微克)重组HepB(中国仓鼠卵巢细胞),全省报告全程接种率97.51%,调查接种率99.02%,免疫后抗乙肝病毒表面抗原抗体(Antibody to Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigin,Anti-HBs)阳性率94.94%。385名免疫前Anti-HBs阴性儿童,免疫后Anti-HBs阳转率95.32%。免疫前、后Anti-HBs几何平均浓度差异有统计学意义(F=217.23,P<0.001)。结论青海省实施小学生HepB接种和健康教育项目加速了预防控制乙肝步伐,为预防和控制乙肝起到了推动作用。
Objective To improve HepB coverage in children across the province through HepB vaccination and health education programs in primary school in Qinghai Province and provide evidence for the development of HepB immunization strategies. Methods Serum antibodies were detected before and after immunization in children to understand the immunological effects of HepB. Results 333337 children were inoculated with 10μg of recombinant HepB (Chinese hamster ovary cells). The whole province reported a total vaccination rate of 97.51% and the investigation coverage rate was 99.02%. After immunization, the antibody against Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen , Anti-HBs) positive rate of 94.94%. Among 385 pre-immune Anti-HBs-negative children, the anti-HBs positive rate after immunization was 95.32%. The mean geometric mean concentrations of Anti-HBs before and after immunization were significantly different (F = 217.23, P <0.001). Conclusion The project of HepB vaccination and health education for primary school students in Qinghai Province accelerated the pace of prevention and control of hepatitis B and played a catalytic role in the prevention and control of hepatitis B.
