在纸机湿部,浆料的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)改性技术被应用于含针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆(SBKP)、脱墨浆(DIP)和过氧化氢漂白热磨机械浆(TMP)的混合浆料中。混合浆料表面负电性的增加证实了CMC吸附到浆料纤维上从而引入了新的阴离子附着点。混合浆料中添加2%的硫酸铝和0.2%的分散松香胶之前,如果加入0.1%的CMC的话,所对应手抄片的施胶度会明显增大。另一方面,加入CMC和未加入CMC的浆料相比,所对应手抄片中松香胶的含量并未发生明显差异。这说明,可能是另有原因而非松香胶留着率的提高使得加入CMC的手抄片施胶度明显提高了。添加CMC的手抄片中松香胶组分分布的变化以及松香胶组分结构的变化可能是施胶度增大的主要原因。因此,CMC湿部添加技术在含DIP和TMP的混合浆料中是具有可应用性的。
At the wet end of the paper machine, the carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) modification of slurries was applied to bleached hot-dip mechanical pulp containing softwood bleached kraft (SBKP), deinked pulp (DIP) and hydrogen peroxide TMP) in a mixed slurry. The negative charge on the surface of the mixed slurry confirms the adsorption of CMC onto the pulp fiber, which introduces a new anion attachment point. Before adding 2% of aluminum sulfate and 0.2% of dispersed rosin into the mixed slurry, the degree of sizing of the corresponding hand-made tablets will be obviously increased if 0.1% CMC is added. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the content of rosin gum in the corresponding handsheets compared with the CMC-added slurries. This shows that there may be other reasons rather than increasing the retention of rosin so that the degree of sizing added to the CMC is significantly increased. The change of the rosin gum component distribution and the change of the rosin gum component structure in the CMC hand-added tablet may be the main reason for the increase of the sizing degree. As a result, CMC wet end addition technology is applicable in mixed slurries containing DIP and TMP.
