近来读《语文函授》及其他报刊上一些谈改进语文教学的文章,总感到意犹未尽。这些文章对改进语文教学提出了不少有价值的见解,有些也是我们曾经想到过的,但我以为还有一个更重要的问题很少涉及到,就是要允许改革的问题。乍一听,也许会感到诧异,哪有不允许改革的事呢?实则不然。从我所碰到的实际情况来看,有的同志只是口头上抽象地支持改革,而在实际上,他们的行动往往不自觉地成为改革的阻力,致使改革难以进行,也就是说,实际上不允许改革。以作文教学为例,谁都知道,要提高质量,必须“多
Recently, I have read many articles in “Chinese Correspondence” and other newspapers about improving Chinese teaching. These articles have put forward many valuable ideas for improving Chinese teaching. Some have also come to our mind. However, I think there is one more important issue that is seldom touched upon. The issue of reform is to be allowed. At first glance, we may be surprised at how we can not allow reform. However, it is not. From the actual situation I have encountered, some comrades simply support the reform verbally absurdly. In fact, their actions are often unconsciously becoming obstacles to the reform, making the reform difficult to carry out. In other words, in fact, Not allowed to reform. Take writing teaching as an example. Everyone knows that to improve quality, we must “make more.”
