自高中新课改推行以来,浙江省对高中历史教学的安排是:学考前全体学生要学习人民版必修教材,学考后继续选修历史的同学则要学习人教版选修教材,其中就包括选修四《中外历史人物评说》。笔者近几年来连续担任高二、高三历史教学工作,在教学过程中深深地感受到选修四的编者试图让学生意识到历史首先是“人”的历史,正是过往所有人的活动塑造了历史,也塑造了今天的世界。这个过程中重要历史人物又发挥着极为重要的作用,他们的所思所想、一举一动深刻影响了历
