With the continuous deepening of China’s economic system reform, profound changes have taken place in the operating mechanism of enterprises and the pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness has become the business objective of the enterprise. Personnel file management as an important part of the basic management of enterprises, but also must adapt to changes in business management mechanism for the rational development and utilization of human resources enterprises to provide comprehensive, accurate and efficient information to meet the business survival and development requirements.
