具有多个水库的水资源系统是一种随机动态系统.研究这种系统的运行管理的目的是要确定一年内各时段中量优运行的策略.在建立优化运行模型时要解决两个问题.一是对于作为系统输入的天然迳流序列和作为系统约束的用水序列的处理方法;二是应用多维动态规划法推求优化运行模型的方法。
A water resource system with multiple reservoirs is a stochastic dynamical system. The purpose of studying the operational management of such a system is to determine the strategy of running a metrological system of good quality in each period of the year. There are two issues to solve when building an optimized operational model. The first one is to deal with the natural stream sequences as the system input and the water sequence as the system constraints. The second is to apply the multidimensional dynamic programming method to infer the optimal operation model.
