本研究以马铃薯品种'Shepody'脱毒试管苗的叶片为试验材料,通过根癌农杆菌介导法,将来自玉米源的RIPs 基因导入马铃薯,获得了抗性再生植株14 株,PCR 检测10 株呈阳性,Southern 印记杂交表明 RIPs 基因已整合到马铃薯基因组中.由致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)引起的晚疫病是马铃薯生产的最重要病害,该研究获得的含RIPs 基因的马铃薯品种'Shepody'在晚疫病抗性上将有所提高.本研究为马铃薯抗病新品种选育提供理论参考.“,”The leaves of potato (Shepody) virus-free test-tube seedlings were used as experimental materials.RIPs genes from maize were introduced into potato by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method.Fourteen resistant plants were regenerated and 10 were positive by PCR.Southern blotting showed that the RIPs gene has been integrated into the potato genome and resistance identification is underway.This study provides a theoretical reference for the breeding of new varieties of potato.
