采用抗Ｃ＿９－Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ亲和层析柱，从正常人红细胞膜分离出同种限制因子（ＨＲＦ）。试验表明它有限制未端补体溶血的功能。用细胞亲和层析法从混合的阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症（ＰＮＨ）红细胞中分离出纯而完整的ＰＮＨＩＩＩ型细胞。试验说明纯ＰＮＨＩＩＩ型细胞上缺乏ＨＲＦ。
The same restriction factor (HRF) was isolated from normal human erythrocyte membranes using an anti-C_9-Sepharose affinity column. Experiments show that it has the function of limiting complement complement hemolysis. Pure and intact PNHIII type cells were isolated from mixed paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) erythrocytes by cytophilic chromatography. Experiments have shown that HRF is deficient in pure PNHIII type cells.
