以番茄栽培品种为基础,开展用细胞育种方法筛选抗晚疫病突变体及抗晚疫病性状遗传规律的研究是培育抗晚疫病番茄优良品种行之有效的方法。而所获得的突变体再生植株的田间抗病性及其遗传力又是获得抗病品种的关键。同时,番茄抗晚疫病突变体的选择过程又是开展抗病生理生化机制研究的基础,因此具有重要的理论和实际意义。
Based on the tomato cultivars, screening of the resistance to late blight mutants and the genetic law of resistance to late blight using the method of cell breeding is an effective method to cultivate the resistant varieties of tomato against late blight. However, the disease resistance and heritability of regenerated plants obtained from the mutant were the key to gaining resistant varieties. At the same time, the selection of tomato resistance to late blight mutants is also the basis for the study of physiological and biochemical mechanisms of disease resistance, and therefore has important theoretical and practical significance.
