对某石化公司642号废汽油储罐0Cr18Ni9不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒腐蚀情况进行了物理测试,分析了腐蚀的原因。结果表明,不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒是由于废汽油中有硫化物而导致局部腐蚀穿孔。腐蚀穿孔是由浮盘盖板下表面萌生,并向接触其相部位的上表面发展。同时,由于海水冲洗和稀释引起氯化物对不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒的局部腐蚀。在分析的基础上提出了切实可行的防护措施。
The physical test of the corrosive condition of the float plate and the float of the 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel floating storage tank of a petrochemical company, No. 642, analyzed the reason of the corrosion. The results show that the stainless steel floating plate cover and buoy are due to sulfide in the waste gasoline resulting in localized corrosion perforation. Corrosion perforation is initiated by the lower surface of the floating cover and develops toward the upper surface that contacts its phase location. At the same time, localized corrosion of the stainless steel float cover and buoys by chloride is caused by seawater flushing and dilution. On the basis of the analysis, put forward practical and feasible protective measures.
