目的:探讨320排动态容积CT探查及评估房壁瘤的临床价值。方法:使用多平面重组(multi-planarreconstruction,MPR)及容积再现(volume rendering,VR)技术,对2011—2013年行320排动态容积CT冠状动脉检测的平均年龄为(59±12)岁的229例患者的心脏结构和冠状动脉进行分析。结果:320排动态容积CT可以清晰地显示出心脏可疑房壁瘤肿块294个,对检测结果的数据进行统计分析,初步诊断其为房壁瘤微小瘤体。结论:320排动态容积CT可作为诊断微小房壁瘤的有效影像学技术。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of 320-row dynamic volume CT exploration and assessment of atrial aneurysm. Methods: The average age of coronary artery detection in 320 rows of dynamic volume CT during 2011-2013 was (59 ± 12) 229 using multi-planar reconstruction (mRR) and volume rendering (VR) The patient’s cardiac structure and coronary arteries were analyzed. Results: 320 dynamic displacement CT can clearly show the heart suspected aneurysmal mass 294, the test results of the data for statistical analysis, the initial diagnosis of atrial aneurysm micro-tumor. Conclusion: 320-row dynamic volume CT can be used as an effective imaging technique for diagnosis of micro-parietal aneurysm.
