【目的】研究典型植被下冬季大型土壤动物的群落特征。【方法】2015年12月采用手拣法收集并鉴定峨眉山典型植被下大型土壤动物。【结果】共检出大型土壤动物667只,隶属4门11纲26目。植被种类丰富、温湿度水平均较高的常绿、落叶阔叶混交林带中土壤动物数量和类群均较多。而植被类型较单一、温湿度水平均低、土壤冻结的寒温性针叶林带中土壤动物数量和类群最少。多样性结果分析表明,常绿阔叶林中大型土壤动物的Pielou指数(J)和Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)均为最高,而寒温性针叶林地下5cm中大型土壤动物的这两项指数最低;针阔混交林带和寒温性针叶林中大型土壤动物的Simpson指数(C)最高。【结论】植被类型和环境变化对大型土壤动物群落有强烈的作用,从而进一步影响了土壤生态过程。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to study the community characteristics of large-scale soil fauna under typical vegetation in winter. 【Method】 In December 2015, hand-picking method was used to collect and identify large-scale soil animals under typical vegetation in Mount Emei. 【Result】 A total of 667 large soil fauna were detected, belonging to 4 orders, 11 orders and 26 orders. There are more soil fauna and taxa in the evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest belts with rich vegetation types and higher temperature and humidity levels. The types of vegetation are single, the temperature and humidity are low, and the quantity and groups of soil fauna in the frozen temperate coniferous forest are the least. The results of diversity analysis showed that the Pielou index and Shannon-Wiener index (H ’) of the macrofauna in the evergreen broad-leaved forest were the highest, while those of the macrofauna in the 5 cm below the cold temperate coniferous forest And the lowest was in Simpson index (C) of the macro-fauna in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests and temperate coniferous forests. 【Conclusion】 Vegetation types and environmental changes have a strong effect on the soil macrofauna community, further affecting soil ecological processes.
