本文研究了用矿纤(HHMF)代替部分漂白木浆,用于涂布白板纸面层的抄造。实验室试验及扩大生产试验结果表明,用HHMF代替10%-15%的木浆,同时添加1.5%阳离子助剂,生产的涂布白纸板可以提高挺度,有助于降低纸板的横幅定量差,除表面强度指标外,其它指标均达到“单面涂布白纸板”A等要求。由于矿纤价格仅为进口木浆的1/3,以之代替部分木浆有利于降低成本。并简单介绍了国外某涂布白纸板厂矿纤HHMF使用情况。
