乙烯利对后季稻秧苗的生理效应

在后季稻秧苗五叶期喷浓度为1000ppm的乙烯利,有控制苗高和根长、促进秧苗粗壮的作用。喷药后秧苗乙烯释放量和脱落酸(ABA)的含量均比对照高,秧苗细胞伸长受到抑制,叶片面积缩小,株型矮小,叶色深绿;光合效率提高,同化产物在叶鞘内分配比例增高;出叶加快,根系的生长与活力虽暂时受到抑制,但在移植后都有所增强。这些都有利于改善秧苗素质和移植后的生长发育。对促进提早抽穗和增产有积极作用。 In the post-season five-leaf seedlings sprayed at a concentration of 1000ppm ethephon, control of seedling height and root length, to promote seedling sturdy role.
