新的形势下,企业政工部门开展员工思想道德教育工作要在健全机制和创新载体上下功夫。要通过制定教育计划,明确各方职责,切实将员工思想道德教育工作落到实处。健全一套机制一是完善理论学习机制。政工部门要以健全党委理论中心组学习制度为龙头,发挥好领导核心作用和在学习上的示范带头、引领带动作用,不断增强干部员工自觉运用科学理论认识事物、辨别是非的能力。二是建立教育培训机制。政工部门要配合企业相关部门根据供电企业的行业特点和岗位实际,按照“创建学习型企业、打造知识型员工”的要求,建立健全向一线员工倾斜,从制度上保证员工在岗、在职业务教育培训权利,并建立激励与表彰机制,坚持精神奖励与物质奖励相结合的原则,定期对思想道德教育工作中涌现出来的先进集体和个人进行表彰和奖励。三是健全管理考核机制。
