职业道德是人类社会分工的产物,在社会分工愈来愈细密的市场经济社会,职业道德对社会的调节功能也越来越突出,因而职业道德是道德建设的中心议题。社会主义职业道德是共产主义道德建设的一个重要组成部分,是道德理论与道德实践的高度统一。社会主义职业道德的形成机制,则表现为个人的自我约束和个人所处环境的外在约束的统一。那么,这种约束机制的作用原理如何呢?
Professional ethics is the product of the division of labor in human society. In the market economy where social division of labor is more and more intensive, the regulatory function of professional ethics on the society becomes more and more prominent. Therefore, professional ethics is the central issue of moral construction. Socialist professional ethics is an important part of communist moral construction and a high degree of unification of moral theory and moral practice. The formation mechanism of socialist professional ethics is manifested as the unification of individual self-restraint and external restraint of the individual’s environment. So what is the principle of this kind of restraint mechanism?
