高中教育是人一生中最重要的教育阶段,进入高中以后,由于教材偏难、偏深,学校片面追求升学率,成绩差的学生在教学中受到冷落,没有良好的学习方法与习惯以及教师传统的教学模式和方法等导致学生厌学而沦为学困生,致使学习成绩一落千丈,失去学习热情和兴趣,甚至丧失信心。放弃一个学困生,对班级而言,也许只是多了百分之几的不及格率;而对一个家庭来说,则意味着百分之百的失败。作为教师,不应该轻言放弃。结合多年的工作体会,谈了对课堂教学改革过程中学困生转化工作的看法。 After entering high school, senior high school education has been neglected in teaching because of the difficulty and the deepness of teaching materials.
